Quality assurance in all our processes
Metagro as an organization has always pursued quality, continuity and satisfied customers. In 2012 we decided that we also wanted to receive the official recognition for this persuasion. To realize this, Metagro set up a new quality management system in which all critical moments in processes in the field of quality are assured.
The management system assures that all agreements with customers are fulfilled. An important aspect of the management system is that in a systematic way it continuously strives for improvements in quality and in addition increases customer satisfaction. These improvements are initiated in response to evaluations with customers, good internal consultation structure, periodic internal audits and an annual assessment of the management system by an independent party, taking into account changes in the regulations and legislation.
In August 2012 Bureau Veritas reviewed the quality management system of Metagro.
The review has shown that the quality management system of Metagro is described according the ISO 9001:2008 and that they work as the described processes and procedures. In other words: “ Metagro say what they do and do what they say.”.
